The Zendesk Community team returns with our first virtual event of 2022! Join us on Thursday, January 20th at 11:00 am CST as we highlight the importance of CSAT. We'll help you to better understand user satisfaction to determine where you stand with your customers, and identify critical areas of improvement you may not have on your radar.
